The Project

A residential project built using CLT (Cross-Laminated Timbers), triple pane windows and doors, and a super-insulated and airtight building envelope. The wall panels for this project were prefabricated in our workshop (insulation, windows, membrane and strapping), then shipped to site ready to be installed as full wall panels, therefore reducing exposure to the elements.

Wall Structure: 120mm CLT with 6” of insulation

Roof Structure: Truss system with cellulose insulation

Windows & Doors: Passive certified triple pane windows & doors

Heating, Cooling and Ventilation: Minotair unit - Pentacare v12 model
