We prioritize working closely with clients from the original concept to the finished building. We carefully integrate all design aspects of a building into our planning phase, allowing a fluid collaborative approach with all parties involved in the project.

We also offer the opportunity to incorporate the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) into the design of your project. The PHPP is recommended as a fundamental tool for designing, planning and building an energy-efficient project. The program allows us to complete a full assessment before-hand, consisting of the building composition (materials, components, systems), its location and environment (orientation, solar heat gains and shading, climate data), and usage (occupancy, etc.). It gives an accurate picture of the heating and cooling energy demand, heating load and global energy demand of the building.
Airtight Envelopes
We collaborate with owners, builders and architects to provide high-performance air-tight building envelopes. Our wall systems are designed in-house and prefabricated in our facility by our skilled carpenters and assembled onsite.
Consulting
We offer consulting services to improve energy efficiency, comfort, and to reduce the carbon footprint of new and existing buildings. We use a variety of world renowned modeling tools, which allow us to appropriately guide our clients toward their project goals.
